Late Summer 2026, Resolute Promise is returning to Mount Rainier to continue efforts to document the crash site of the Marine RC5. The goal is to determine if it is possible to recover those lost on the South Tahoma Glacier in 1946 and return them to their loved ones. The team will spend one week in the backcountry observing the glacier, its movement, and documenting what is found. The report of findings will be viewable shortly after the conclusion of the expedition.
